Given they are so small, preparing for your little ones arrival can get pretty expensive. If you would prefer to just look at some of the fundamentals of the course and how you can apply these to your birth, we offer the Birthing Basics course. Courses can be taught from your home in berkhamsted
These classes are also ideal for expectant parents who have already been through birth once and have read a Hypnobirthing book or taken an online class and wish to further their knowledge with personal support.
Please note that whilst this will cover some Hypnobirthing content, it will not be as effective as taking a complete course and is not a Hypnobirthing course.
Courses will typically run across 4.5 hours, which can be split across 2 weekday evenings from 7:30-9:45pm or across 1 weekend day, running from 9:30am-1:45pm.
In addition, you will also receive The Hypnobirthing Book, relaxation mp3’s and course notes.
Course fee: £150 per couple
Courses taught across much of Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Bedfordshire. Increased costs for areas 30mins away from Tring to cover travel.
